  • How fast will you ship my order?
    Any orders placed prior to 4pm Pacific Time M-F will ship out SAME DAY unless otherwise specified on our website header. This means that you’ll receive your stones as quickly as possible! Many of our West Coast customers report receiving their stones in 1-2 business days and East Coast customers typically receive their stones in 3-5 business days. Canadian customers usually receive their orders in less than 2 weeks. Orders usually arrive in other destination countries in approximately 2 weeks but delivery times will be subject to customs and postal service delivery times of the destination country.
  • How does your Rewards and Discounts program work?
    Every purchase you make on our website earns points that you can redeem for discounts on future orders. This adds up to big savings because you can accrue points for up to $100 off an order! You are automatically enrolled and will accrue points starting with your very first purchase on our website. You can also earn points for social media follows and on your birthday. To see your points balance or redeem points, just click the Rewards widget on the bottom left of the web page. Learn more about our Rewards program here.
  • Can you create earring pairs or honor specific requests?
    Yes! As a metalsmith-owned company, we’re happy to honor your requests for a coordinating earring pair, preferred shape or color profile, subject to availability. Feel free to leave a note in the order comments if you have a specific request for any of the stones in your order.
  • Are your round stones calibrated?
    Our round stones are artisanally cut by hand rather than machine-cut, but we’ve been working with our lapidarists to be able to source most of our round stones in sizes that would fit a pre-made bezel cup. If you would like calibrated round stones, please leave a note in the order comments and we will honor that request subject to availability.
  • Do you offer custom sourcing for stones/shapes/cuts not available on the website?
    If you’re interested in sourcing large quantities of a specific stone and cut not available on the website, we may be able to help. Please reach out to us here.
  • Are your stones responsibly/ethically sourced?
    We consider our stones to be ethically sourced and cut. You can read more about our ethical sourcing practices here.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    We know that sometimes you need to plan in advance for a large collection. Our payment options include Afterpay, which allows you to break up your purchase into several payments, and PayPal's Pay Later.
