Our packages ship within 1 business day Monday - Friday, and typically will ship SAME DAY even if placed in the afternoon. We utilize USPS services with tracking for both our United States and international packages.  Delivery times are subject to any delays USPS may be experiencing.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, however if they are returned to our offices by the mail service, we will process a refund minus any shipping charges.

*International orders are shipped with USPS First Class International Package Service. Even if the Currency Converter is used to place your order, the amount of the order must be greater than $199 USD to qualify for free international shipping. Buyers are responsible for any taxes that may be charged by their home countries upon arrival into the country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to know the customs and taxation policies of their home country. We insure all international orders. Please contact us if your package does not arrive so that we can work with you to submit documentation to the insurer.

**Orders shipping to the UK must be greater than £150 due to new Brexit and VAT regulations, and recipients will be responsible for paying any taxes upon the arrival of the package upon arrival to the UK.

**Orders shipping to Europe can be of any amount, but any VAT taxes or other customs fees or taxes your country may charge will be collected upon your receipt of the package in your home country and not collected and remitted by Lucidity Gemstones.  It is the buyer's responsibility to know the customs and taxation policies of their home country.
